Catnip Mousies cat toys - my donation to Cat Welfare Society

These are going to the local Cat Welfare Society in aid of its fund-raising :)

  1. Isn't this one of THE BEST feelings in the world to donate to an animal welfare group? I have done it many times. Now, I donate all of the money I receive from selling my patterns to a no-kill dog shelter inmy homestate of Indiana.

    Have you ever seen the Sock Monkey pattern . . I believe it is on the Red Heart site . . it is a Christmas ornament. One year I filled them with catnip and sent them to the cat shelter here . . friends saw them and all ordered them for Christmas gifts for their cat people.

    I hope your society makes LOTS of money!

    1. Hi Atayala, these mousies were made using basic single crochet stitches. If you can work single crochet, you will be able to make these in no time at all :) Thank you so much for loving them and for your kind words!!
